ADD & Relaxation
As a person with ADD will confirm, finding that internal off switch and learning to slow your self down can be challenging sometimes. When that hyperactivity is recognized in kids……they are not bad, lazy, or stupid. The same holds true for adults, accept in most cases adults aren’t spending a lot of time in the principal’s office. ADD adults are doing too much work, jobs around the house, errands, spending time with kids and all over the coarse of a day. Adults with ADD need to learn to slow down.
