		<description>I didn&#039;t know that whey and other proteins were effective in helping with ADD.  That&#039;s really interesting.  I don&#039;t have ADD necessarily, but I have noticed that when I&#039;m eating better and getting consistent exercise it is a lot easier for me to stay focused.</description>
