Get the press release machine in motion! Nissan just may have found the cure for ADD!
My Nissan Pathfinder required a little work recently and I took it into my local Nissan dealership. I have been trilled with my Pathfinder, great vehicle! As I was driving to the dealership, visions of the dreary waiting room, with uncomfortable 20 year old waiting seats and the smell of a greasy garage were in my head. My repair was only scheduled to be about 2 hours, so utilizing the customer service shuttle back to my office didn’t really make sense. I was going to have to suck it up in waiting room hell!
I brought my brief case and laptop to do some work and help pass the time. As I arrived to the Nissan dealership, I was pleasantly surprised by the renovations that had recently been finished. For an ADD guy like me, I figured I would be bouncing off the waiting room walls for two hours. Instead I came across a great customer experience. A spacious waiting area, big windows with lots of natural light, a large screen plasma TV, water, coffee, newspapers and a business center with Internet connectivity! They even had a kid’s play area.
Now, I’m not suggesting that Nissan’s senior Executives in charge of customer service sat down and decided to cater to people with ADD. LOL! Let me tell you, what I figured would be a couple painful hours quickly passed and was a very good experience. OK, Nissan has not really found the cure……but I do have to offer them a big thumb up!

Your suggestive post title had me reading your whole post, although no real ADD cure found here !
I own a Toyota but I’m also fan of Nissans’ Altima..
