2 Week Challenge – Think Outside The Box

Back in 2006 I posted here and called that post “Thinking Outside The Box”. As stated previously, people with ADD are challenged with getting caught in the same repetitious habits and thought patterns. Our brains become use to one way of doing something or thinking and it closes the door on so many other possibilities and experiences.

I thought of this previous post while I was out for my run and decided that I would mix up my return route to finish my run. It jarred my brain and got me thinking outside the box. Doing things differently is important, especially for me.
The Box
Over the next two weeks, I have decided to challenge myself and do things differently. Instead of taking the same route when I drive, I’ll go a different way. Instead of following an evening routine before bed, I’ll mix it up and take a different approach. This approach to the every day things we all do offers us a new perspective, a different experience and opens our minds up to the many rich rewards life can offer. How are you going to challenge yourself over the next 2 weeks?
