When taking a step back and looking at what I have in front of me, I’m very fortunate to be living in Vancouver and experiencing the 2010 Winter Olympics first hand. Taking in many of the events and sites, it reminded me of some posts that I have made in the past, and living in the present.
I got to thinking about “to-do-lists” and how busy we all get in life and remembered that, life is meant to be lived. Whether you are challenged by ADD or not, we all need to focus on getting things done, being productive and effective. However, we also need to stop and enjoy what is around us some times. Many people with ADD tend to get hyper-focused and can loose site of what is important, what really matters.
Take the time to enjoy something today and remember, unless it’s a critical emergency……tomorrow there will be a to-do-list, there will be more emails, there will more phone messages. We will never get it all done, so don’t forget to reward yourself and enjoy life!!
What a city!!!!!
