Neil Young

I’ve posted a lot about learning to relax. I have another tool that just might help you. There is just one catch, you have to enjoy the mellow acoustic styling’s of Neil Young.

He just might be the master of live acoustic and harmonica. He is the reason I play guitar. Imagine that, an ADD’er who is creative! Way back in 1972 Neil played a concert in the now famous Massey Hall in Toronto Canada, I’ve been there. That concert was recorded and released a couple years ago, entitled; Live at Massey Hall (go figure).

Simply stated, I think it is a musical masterpiece. From a more practical point of view, it is Neil and his acoustic guitar & harmonica at his best. If you can’t listen to this CD or iTunes download and end up relaxed, you have more than ADD/ADHD :)

Give the gift of music a try, it is truly a magical tool in relaxation.
