Jeff Hamilton talks about the different ways he’s treated his Attention Deficit Disorder, including ADD Coaching with Adult ADD coach Pete Quily, as well as counselling, nutrition, exercise etc. The host talks about some of the good qualities with people with ADD. It was a very postive interview.

The host Tina Oliver not only had ADD, but was quite knowledgeable about ADD and had a very postive attitude towards it. I was pretty impressed.
