Here’s our first ADD Podcast.

Tina Oliver of CFUN 1410 AM Radio in Vancouver interviewed Jeff Hamilton in August on the subject of Attention Deficit Disorder. Tina read the full page article interview Jeff had in the Vancouver Province newsletter and emailed her producer that morning to get him on her show. Tina has ADHD and one of the ways she manages her ADD is exercise, running and Yoga.

Instead of putting the whole interview on ( Jeff was on for 70 minutes, I timed it) I’m breaking it down to 7 sections, with a brief bit of info on each section.
